3. Payment

Payment for the services can be made:

• online, with a bank card, through a secure payment system (accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, Maestro);
  
• or directly at the center’s premises, in cash or by POS, as applicable.
  

4. Booking Procedure

Bookings for lessons, rides or other services can be made through:

• the form on the site;
  
• email;
• phone.

A booking is considered valid only after confirmation from Centrul de Echitație Diana (by phone or email).

Cancellation of bookings
The client can cancel a booking at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmed bookings that are not paid on time or not cancelled within the mentioned period may be considered void, without refund of the advance payment (if one was charged).

5. Refund of Paid Amounts

Amounts paid in advance for services not taken are not refunded, except in special, justified cases (e.g. cancellation for reasons independent of the client – extreme weather, unavailability of staff or horses).

6. User Access

Centrul de Echitație Diana does not guarantee constant access to the site and is not responsible for any external links accessed by users through it.

7. Modification of the Terms and Conditions

Centrul de Echitație Diana reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions presented at any time. Any change will be displayed on the site, and the continued use of the services implies acceptance of these changes.

8. Applicable Legislation

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the website www.centrulechitatieidiana.ro will be settled in accordance with the legislation of Romania.
